Support your energy metabolism, cognitive function, and cellular health with this delicious and convenient organic B12 spray! Formulated with methylcobalamin, a bioavailable form of vitamin B12, this berry-flavored liquid spray makes it simple to help support your body’s nervous system function. Perfect for busy mornings, travel, or anyone looking for quick, targeted support in their wellness routine!

How It Works

• Bioavailable B12: Many B12 supplements are often filled with artificial flavors or use cyanocobalamin, a synthetic form of B12 that contains cyanide. Our Organic Methyl B12 spray is formulated with methylcobalamin, which has superior bioavailability to cyanocobalamin and is a preferred form for some with MTHFR gene variants!
• Energy Metabolism: Vitamin B12 supports energy metabolism, giving you the targeted and convenient support you need on your busy days.
• Cognitive Function: Vitamin B12 also supports cognitive function, nervous system function, and neuro health.
• Cellular Health: This key vitamin plays a key role in supporting cellular health in addition to red blood cell production.
• DNA Synthesis: In addition to its many other benefits, B12 also supports DNA synthesis, supporting your overall wellness.
• Convenient for All Lifestyles: With 1,500 mcg per serving, this organic berry- flavored spray offers a simple, portable way to support your overall wellness with just 2 sprays daily!

FAQs

Q: Why is the B12 so red? Is there dye in here?

A: No! We don’t use artificial colors in our products. The red of the spray is naturally occurring due to B12’s molecular structure. But keep in mind that B12 can stain, so be cautious when spraying this product!

Q: Why use B12 as methylcobalamin

A: The Vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin, an active form of B12 and a more bioavailable alternative to the more commonly used cyanocobalamin. Interestingly, when methylcobalamin is ingested, the body doesn’t actually keep it as methylcobalamin — it removes the methyl group. The cell may then convert the cobalamin molecule to one of the active forms of B12 (methylcobalamin in the cytosol and adenosylcobalamin in the mitochondria). The amounts of which type(s) of B12 it converts to may depend upon various factors.

Q: Will taking B12 give me more energy?

A: Some people find that taking B12 increases their energy levels, but this is a result of treating a deficiency. B12 deficiency is common amongst certain groups such as older adults, vegetarians, and vegans. To determine if you are deficient and whether this product may benefit you, we recommend speaking with your physician or healthcare professional and having your bloodwork done.
