FAQs

Q: What materials are used in the cover of your pads and liners?

A: Our pads and liners feature a cover made with 100% organic cotton certified under the Organic Content Standard (OCS), designed for soft, comfortable daily wear. Additional materials used in the pads and liners include: cellulose (wood pulp), polyethylene, polypropylene, organic cotton, hot melt adhesive, calcium carbonate, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, titanium dioxide, and shea butter.

Q: What does “SAP-free core” mean?

A: Most pads use tiny, synthetic powdery particles, known as Super Absorbent Polymers (SAP), in their core. Ours don’t. We use a soft, absorbent core made from natural fibers and pair it with a 100% organic cotton cover for gentle, breathable comfort.

Q: Do your pads and liners contain chlorine bleach?

A: Our Organic Cotton Cover Pads and Organic Cotton Cover Liners are made without elemental chlorine bleaching.

Q: What are these pads best for?

A: These fragrance-free Organic Cotton Cover Pads with wings are designed for heavy flow days. The secure wings and soft organic cotton cover keep you comfortable and protected wherever the day takes you. Explore our other Organic Cover Cotton Pads with wings in Regular (regular flow), Super Long Overnight (heaviest flow + postpartum coverage), and our ultra-thin Organic Cotton Cover Liners for light days.

Q: Are they gentle on the skin?

A: Great question! These pads are fragrance-free and independently tested and rated Excellent for skin compatibility by Dermatest®. If irritation or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.

Q: Are these flushable?

A: No — please dispose of them in the trash, not the toilet.
